WELCOME TO FLINTY FELL!

I am delighted to welcome you to Flinty Fell. I would like to take this opportunity to say what an honour it is to be your teacher. This is a very special school and one which I feel extremely privileged to be a part of. As the class teacher, I will always make time to talk with parents and carers, so please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to discuss any issues or ask questions. As a class teacher, I am committed to creating an inclusive and respectful learning environment for all students. I aim to ensure that every child in our class feels valued and supported, and I firmly believe that collaboration and teamwork are key values for achieving this goal.

To that end, I would like to take this opportunity to share with you the class values and ethos that we will work to promote throughout the year. Firstly, we will strive to be kind, respectful, and cooperative at all times. We will be supportive of each other and aim to work towards common goals in a collaborative and inclusive manner.

Additionally, we will place a strong emphasis on effort and perseverance in all aspects of our learning. We will encourage students to take risks and challenge themselves while also recognising that everyone has different strengths and abilities. We will celebrate the progress and achievements of all students, big or small, as they work towards their aspirations.

Finally, I would like to recommend that parents play an active role in their child's education by communicating with me and their child about their learning, and ensuring that they complete their homework in a timely and thorough manner. By working together, we can maximise the potential of your child and give them the best possible learning experience.
