The Year 10 GCSE Food Technology students have been taking part in a mock coursework task: to design and make a burgers suitable for the Keswick burger restaurant 'The Round'. They have practiced independent planning and cooking- demonstrating a range of culinary skills. The results were delicious, well done everyone!
