Well, its been a busy couple of months and all students are doing really well adapting to the new group. Year 10 students have generally settled in well and have adapted to their upper school curriculum.

Tunnocks teacake challenge
Our first inter-house challenge this year was to decorate a tunnocks teacake in the most appealing and imaginative way. We have had some fantastic entries. Well done everyone who took part!
Mask making
Flinty fell have been looking at Myan culture. We are responding to this by making a Myan Totem.
Yayoi Kusama Pumpkins
Year 8 have been making ceramic pumpkins inspired by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama.
Year 7 Food
Year 7 learning to make pizza style bagels in Food today. Their preparation skills were excellent.
Year 9 German
Year 9 were using Blooket to recap their vocabulary on Friday afternoon. The competition was fierce within the class.
PE
A slight deviation for games today. Year 7&8 worked well in mixed teams today to play dodgeball on the AstroTurf.
