HPV assembly
Students in year 8 had an assembly today led by the School nurse team.
This was very informative and explained to them the reasons behind the HPV vaccine which is happening in school in 4 weeks time.

KS3 PE Summer term athletics

KS3 Pupils Get First Aid Training
All of Key Stage 3 took part in basic First Aid training today, with a focus on life-saving skills. The pupils all had a two-hour workshop across the day, with the vital skills being practised by everyone in Year 7 to Year 9. Thanks to Action Ants for running the sessions.

Badminton Club
Year 9 students have been playing badminton after school on a Monday working towards their Duke of Edinburgh Award.
They have been, mostly, enjoying the experience and some have been, slightly, improving their skills.
