Pupils from Key Stage 3 are taking part in an inter-school Table Cricket competition today following their sessions at SKS with Cumbria Cricket. The games are underway. 

Year 8 have been enjoying the antique sewing machines. By investigating the mechanics, they were able to apply this to modern day machines and learn how they work.

Year 7 have been working in pairs to compose their own question and answer phrases on the glockenspiels. They are learning to notate music which is a brilliant skill! Well done year 7.

Today our choir performed Christmas carols and songs at the local Day Centre. They put a smile on everyone’s faces and even received some chocolate treats as a thank you. Well done singers and thank you to the Day Centre for having us.
